Went early to be seen as an emergency. Everyone got taken back, while we waited 2+hrs. Decided to just check out & leave.
The nurses and Dr..were awesome 5 stars!!!!
Every time I come here, it’s worse. I haven’t been here as a patient, but as a support person for someone who gets care here. I’ll say, often times it’s abysmal. Nearly empty ER, takes forever to be seen, pulled back and forth over and over again. A blood draw, go sit back down, new IV, go sit back down. Mind you, the person receiving care is in a wheelchair during our visits. The back and forth is insane. Get a better system together. I recently had hip replacement surgery at Swedish Edmonds. Naturally, it was a stressful time for me. But everyone I came into contact with was kind, caring, and compassionate, and as a result, my stress level went down considerably. I received excellent care the whole time I was there, and I just want to say, thank you so much!
