Extremely unprofessional and disorganized billing staff. Unable to provide the most basic of financial documentation even months after service, and unwilling to accept any question to their "authority." I don't trust them to do basic addition, let alone complex financial calculations.
I am currently a patient at Swedish Lynnwood Rehabilitation hospital. I am freezing in bed fully clothed with 3 blankets. I was told they could not control the heat. The food I was given is unfit for human consumption. I was told that it I didn't like the food I could have a sandwich. An hour later I was told that there were no sandwiches. I was given a tiny bag of potato chips. 3 potato chips. This place is run by corporate greed.

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital. As a patient already feeling unwell, the removal of the couches in the lounge area was a significant problem. There was no comfortable place to rest during my excessive 7 to 9-hour wait to even speak with someone. I witnessed other sick patients struggling and falling down due to the lack of seating.
