Quick, attentive, and personable!
We stopped here today because my 5 yo was complaining of ear pain. Registration was easy and fast. The providers Jay and Rob were excellent and wonderful with my daughter. We have been to other immediate care offices and this was probably the best experience. Thanks!
It’s so irresponsible to say that you’re open and be closed as an urgent care facility. I wasted time and money coming here only to see they’re closed at 9:30am on a Tuesday when google says they’re open.
If an appointment is required, they should post that information somewhere. I walked in because it’s an urgent care and was told I needed to make an appointment to be seen an hour later. Nobody is going to sit at an urgent care waiting for an hour. If you don’t accept walk ins, change your clinic type.
Turned me away because I didn’t have my ID. I’ve been to NorthShore before and should be in the system. I also had a picture on my phone, which they wouldn’t accept. When we first came in, there was no one at the desk and we had to knock on doors to get their attention. When they came out, their response seemed to be “Why are you here?” and they seemed hostile when I told them I was sick. They remained standing the whole time - it was a very weird atmosphere. I mean, I came to an urgent care. Why else would I be there?
