I don’t know about other people’s experiences and the low ratings, but I’ve been to Dr. Menon for a colonoscopy and a hemorrhoid removal and I’ve never had a better medical experience. The front desk and reception has always been exceptionally nice and Doctor Menon Makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation
Avoid this clinic. Receptionist Donna is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic to the needs of their patients. My own experience with her and Dr. Menon have forced me to seek care elsewhere. Your care is not a priority here and Donna will insult you when you inform her you are running a few minutes late because of traffic. Rather than informing me that the Dr needs to cancel my appointment due to the needs of another patient, Donna would rather make you suffer trying to rush from Downtown to Edmonds to make it on... read more

Dr. Melinda E Hawkins is a great provider I will give her 5 star but her medical assistant couldn’t catch her name she is extremely rude worse disrespectful I have ever saw in my life Front desk made appointment for my brother and I clarified to make sure I can go in with him so we drove 1 hour and medical assistant said they changed the policy And administrator just covered her workers when her nursing department don’t even know what HIPAA Privacy rules are I asked her if I can explain she open door and she was so laud walk... read more
