Try to schedule a first time appointment the receptionist was rude while verifying my information and when I questioned why I had to do a video call first before I could see a OBY she seem annoyed and in a hurry to hang up the phone .
They changed my son's doctor 4 times in less than 2 years.
Since I was a child I had one Dr, as my primary. It did not matter how often you attended his clinic. However one day I needed to be seen but found that my Dr had passed away. Sad because he was a great one! We all know how hard it is to find a great trustworthy Dr. Its almost impossible these days. We've had a really good experience here throughout our high-risk pregnancy. The front desk team has been friendly and remembers my name upon checking in. Albeit, I have been coming here every two weeks from my first trimester and weekly since the start of my third for a routine check-up and/or NST. We have been seeing Dr. Davison, and she's been such a pleasure to work with. She follows up promptly on questions, concerns, and lab tests, or has one of her colleagues reach out.
