Daughter went in for allergy testing due to an anaphylactic reaction and they came back saying she did not need an epi pen bc it was just a grass allergy. Well we are sitting in the ER right now bc she just had another anaphylactic reaction while on a run. They are absolutely useless!
Disorganized, history of cancelling appts while driving en route to the appt 3x, unprofessional and unacceptable care.
Was told Swedish takes Premera insurance but not told that this specific doctor is not in network. Got a large bill and the billing dept told me I should have researched further and sorry not sorry. They will say yes if you ask if they take Premera but beware they are NOT in network and you will get a large bill!!! I owe over 400 for a sit down consult. No treatment was done.
i was rushed to the emergency room late last year due to severe anaphylaxis due to consuming huckleberries. i waited 6 months for an appointment. they told me they weren’t able to test for that and the doctor had convinced me that it was unlikely it would happen again and to just continue to avoid it.
