I wish this were a favorable review, but I hope this will help improve their customer service because they lost a customer for this reason. I consistently called and emailed this place but got no response. I wanted to join a Zumba class close to me, but I joined another Zumba studio that contacted me back, which I love very much. So, ignoring me was a blessing in disguise since I made a great Zumba family somewhere else.
