I started sauna/plunging recently at a place closer to my house but kept hearing about SweatHouz and wanted to try it. Sarah is a rockstar and gave me the run through my first day. Needless to say, this is my new spot now. And pricing is cheaper than I expected too. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys the sauna and prefers a more private experience.
I’ve been coming here for about three years, and it was my first introduction to cold plunging, so I have a real appreciation for this place. In the beginning, the format was more structured, sauna first, then moving into the cold plunge. Now they allow for contrast therapy, where you can move between rooms, which I really enjoy.
