I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sweat Box. Although I arrived late due to traffic and parking challenges, the class was well worth it. A big shoutout to Kaitlyn for hosting an amazing session! I quickly refocused during the push and pull class, which was both challenging and fun. The eucalyptus cold cloth was a great touch to cool down afterward. Best workout in DC! I’ve tried them all and SweatBox is the best. Professional instructors, energetic music, clubby vibe, intense workout, professional programming. This workout is not for the faint at heart but I quickly fell in love.
