I have been working with Ericka for multiple years now and I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer. She pushes you constantly and helps with any personal/fitness/nutrition goals. I do workouts from her app which is easy to track workouts and weights. I can see my progress over time easily with tracking the weights and reps. She also connects you with a support group and also has swEATnet events! They are great workouts and a fun way to meet new people.
