Today was my first class and it was awesome! I went to Supergirl- talk about intense. I'm definitely out of shape but didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Everyone was super nice and I'm excited to return.
I wish I lived in Lehigh Valley. Heathers enthusiasm is wonderfully contagious! She is a great fitness trainer! The online offerings such as challenges and fitness plans are perfect for those of us who don't live nearby!

Yesterday was my 1 year gymiversary I've never made it longer than 2 weeks when attempting previous fitness adventures at other gyms so I was surprised when I realized that I've been going to SLAG faithfully for a whole year! I actually look forward to my gym days...seriously, I LOVE going to SLAG and never knew working out could be so fun! I have a new love for fitness and have never felt stronger.
