I just love hula hooping. It's not what you think. It's fun. Hey I'm the big 50 and I am doing it and love it. Wish it was more nights.
I love this place so much, the staff is incredible and all my insecurities are left at the door! My only issue is not knowing about it sooner!!! Simply becoming my second home!

Had my first class Saturday and I joined Saturday night .. I haven't worked out since I had my boys ... I feel it today ! I loved it can't wait to try all the classes
Being a guy, I only go to SLAG for special events, like the many charitable events organized by Heather Gidusko. I am a triathlete but can honestly say that I can learn a lot from Heather and her awesome instructor team. These girls will bring you many laughs and whip you into shape before you know it!!! If you are a girl, I highly recommend you look into it...this is unique in the Lehigh Valley...they have classes for everyone, every level and I believe that the first class is free...
I just wanted to let everyone know what a great place this is to workout at. The people are friendly and helpful. You feel like part of a family from day one. I have been going since the end of April and couldn't be happier. I was not sure about getting up for rise and grind, but I actually look forward to it. I think Heather does an amazing job.
The classes are high energy and fun!! The instructors are very motivating and friendly. Love it there!! ��
