I just started classes here and it’s been the most welcoming Pilates studio - there is a lot to learn when it comes to doing the moves effectively on the machines and the instructors are so helpful, guiding newbies through in a way that’s so supportive, and not intimidating. I’ll continue to go!
I took a morning 9.30 am class with Heather and i loved it! She explained step by step on how to do everything and she added a 1 minute plank challenge at the end of class. Really enjoyed it!
I’ve been going to Sweat House OC for Lagree classes and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The workouts are challenging in the best way and I always leave feeling stronger, more toned, and accomplished. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the instructors. Loved taking a class here!
I've gone to 3 classes now as a complete beginner. I would not say I'm comfortable or confident yet, but sweathouse provides a very low pressure and welcoming environment. The instructor Rilie is very nice and I recommend her classes.
