A great local fitness studio! The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. I love both the intensity of the classes as well as the community that flourishes here. There are a multitude of different class types, with the row-based classes being particularly unique as I have never seen another studio that offers this. There are also more traditional weight-based and bootcamp-style classes as well. Something for everyone.

Sweat Fixx is a great workout! Low impact with intense cardio and strength training. 45 minutes goes by quickly! I started with the 2 week trial and ended up buying the monthly pass.
