I LOVE sweat dc. Great classes and teachers, several locations, super inclusive environment, and everyone else who goes is so nice. Can’t recommend joining this gym enough — and it’s a local DC based company!
You will get a great, functional workout here that will serve all of your health and fitness goals! The classes are small, fast paced (in a good way), and the coaches make it around to help everybody individually. They have plenty of plates, dumbbells and other equipment to choose from, which allows everybody to work hard - from beginners to seasoned weightlifters/athletes. The coaches and other members are really supportive and kind. Just go!
I love coming to Sweat! I've tried a lot of work out classes from CrossFit to boxing, but I have definitely become my strongest with the programming at Sweat. I love that the workouts are short but effective. I used to wander around the big box gyms for hours and didn't see results. The coaches are all unique, professional and bring so much to the table. Before coming to Sweat, I thought a consistent workout routine was totally out of reach for me. I did their spring challenge, and I began to see and feel a difference in 6 weeks. Now I’ve been going over a year, and I’m doing things I thought impossible. The class-based weightlifting format is unique. The community is supportive and inclusive, and the coaches are the BEST: Starlight, Kay, Tamar.
Quickly became my favorite gym I've ever belonged to. Amazing coaches, staff, and vibes - love the support and inclusivity for all body types. Feel like I'm in a club, but its a party for your muscles :D !!!
