I love Sweat DC because you can be in and out while still getting a good workout. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I love that they know when to inform me on going up or down in how much I'm lifting.
Sweat DC is an amazing place to train! If you’re looking for focused, high-intensity workouts that challenge you and target the right muscle groups then this is the gym for you. The coaches are motivating and every class pushes you to become stronger. I highly recommend Sweat DC to anyone looking for an effective group or even individualized workout.
The coach is attentive even though there are multiple people in attendance. All of the staff is extremely personable and do not allow attitudes and emotions affect their ability to be professional and interact with guest, particularly with tough questions. Age is not a factor as the staff develop exercises based upon skill level so that you can participate. Sweat has been the perfect balance of motivation, instruction, and fun. We haven’t dabbled outside of the Parkview Studio but all of the coaches I’ve had (Alex P. , Andres M., Kay M., Starlight W., Jacob M., Victoria G., Dre J.) have been all stars.
