My family’s company that I work for recently did business with Todd, we built trusses for a project he is working on. He was completely incompetent and had 0% respect for our business procedure. Hire Sweaney if you want to cause a nucance to the neighbors. The contractors he hires are constantly playing loud music you can hear inside your house. Street and sidewalk are a mess and caked with dirt. He hasn't had these cleaned up once in over a year of construction. I'd understand this lack of care if the neighborhood was brand new with only a couple homes. This is the only lot in the entire neighborhood to be finished.
