Having only used an Anzzi product once, and having that faucet malfunction, my rating is not based solely on their products. However, it is mainly based on their customer service and the timely manner at which it was handled. Problems happen. It’s how you handle them that matters. Great job Anzzi.

Jose/ Raul seemed helpful when I called but I have been waiting for a return label since Aug 13th and keep getting the brush off w emails saying it should be 1-2 days it has been 6 days and still nothing. I'm sure they want you to forget but im not going to forget $80. Sorry. Stay clear of these folks unless you want to be disappointed!!!!!!!!!
Jose was very helpful. However, my overall experience with your company has been less than satisfactory. First, the tub was defective. Then the original shipment of replacement parts was delayed about 10 days until I called to check on the order status. The parts were then sent to the wrong address. Hopefully this new order will arrive quickly at the right destination.
