I wasn't happy I was able to purchase an item that's not in stock but customer service was quick to make me aware and prompt in response
Great product tub BUT You need to train the reps. Three different answers on what glue to use Elmer's Rebecca said; acrylic Kemi says; silicone for spa and pools and tubs ALEXSYN says. This is my third door seal in 4 years since I bought the tub. I need it for arthritis. I have not used it in months. Please order more door seals because obviously you need a lot. You have a good even great product. Send 2 each time to a customer. TY
Support techs have been great. Replacement parts have not worked twice and deliver of parts very slow
