Worst customer service skills! I do not recommend Cameron and her team to anyone if you want to be treated like a client that is cared for and not ignored constantly. This negative review is not because I was denied in fact they pulled my credit and pre approved me right away. However, they never responded with a pre approval letter or anything within 14 days (even after I reached out by phone and email which they ignored calls and acknowledged that). RecommendedWe've relied on Cameron for our last couple of mortgages and refinances. She and her team are very professional and helpful throughout the process. If it isn't obvious, now is a great time to refinance. We just got a really great rate that will save us a lot of money in the long run.
I've done at least 8 Refis or Home Purchases and this was by far the easiest and fastest transaction. They also did a great job with my in-laws. Great automated system for downloading. They know what's important and what is just noise, and everyone was very responsive (not running out the door at 4:30 PM). We could not recommend Breed and team more highly.
Great service. Cameron was exceptionally good at keeping us updated on the loan status. We were especially happy with her efforts to get us the best terms for our circumstances. we strongly recommend Cameron if you are in the market.
