Dr Wu is wonderful! My only issue is trying to schedule an appointment. I scheduled my wellness check for 2026 ONE year ago! Any time I need to come in, I get another doctor. Most of the time I'm fine with that, the other doctors are also great. I had one male Dr at urgent care that was so disrespectful and condescending!
Dr Wu, has been very responsive to my 96 year old mother. She takes the time to listen to my mother, never discounts what she says, is patient and never in a hurry. She is a breath of fresh air after having others that would never spend more than 10 min with my mom. I highly recommend her , she is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.
While Dr. Wu was quick to message me if I ever needed anything, her negligence landed me in the ER. I found her to be dismissive, non-communicative (she wouldn't get me in earlier when symptoms started to appear- I had to wait two weeks, I had to call twice to get her to call me to explain my test results and next steps) and not interested or concerned with diagnosing me (I had to push for more tests to understand why I was having such alarming symptoms and then it was too late- I was rushed to the ER). Dr. Wu is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I feel that I am always being listened to and she takes the time to explain things in detail.
