Worst nails we've ever gotten. Two new biogel sets with nail art and frenching ($270) all tips broken within a week. Couldn't return (not that we ever would) as we were on vacation. I've never seen such shoddy in my 20 years of nail services. More disappointing was the suggestion that the breakage was due to "different rates of nail growth". Again, first tip broke day 2 and by day 6 only two nails remained in tact on one client and 3 on the other. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
