I showed the technician a photo of what I wanted - photo is from their Instagram page. The tech seemed new or maybe new to ombre because she was looking around and asking her colleagues questions. While I don't hate how it looks, it's definitely not what I wanted. My sister demanded I go back for a refund but honestly I think she was new to the style and I was not paying attention during the process because of how tired I was. The owner is very rude and unprofessional, the employees are also very rude and don’t know what they’re doing except for the guy. Very nice and professional. I went there a few times and thought they were just having a bad day the first day. But every time I went they were very unpleasant. I asked her her to French toes and she said they don’t provide that service when literally they’ve done it to me previously. I use to come there year ago when Lily was the owner and she was the best

I had a wonderful time at Sway yesterday! With it being my first manicure, I found that the nail techs were very talented and patient, and I left with a gorgeous set for prom!

After months of training for a 1/2 marathon my feet were not…good. I had 3 black toes, 5 blisters and 3 calloused spots. I got a regular pedicure and you’d never know my feet had gone through hell. Amazing work especially given what she had to work with.
