New ownership is awful. Product failed in the most dangerous and significant way possible. TLDR: New ownership has changed the warranty policy and refused to honor the warranty that the product was sold with. "Heavy duty" torsion bar lasted a little over 15,000 miles, before completely snapping in half. Photos show coating clearly failing (bubbling). We tried to get some custom torsion bars by Swayaway. The contact via either hpone and email was very friendly. After exchanging all the details they wanted to do some calculations, but nothing ever came of it even after multiple inquiries ("still working on it"). If you cannot or don't want to do a job that is ok, but you should say that and not hope the customer just goes away.
