I had an emergency and they accommodated me same day as a new patient. I absolutely love the doctor and the staff they are friendly. I found my doctor. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Swati Jain. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was informed about every step of my care. If I could leave 'zero stars' I would. I was coming into this office as a new patient and was optimistic that the reviews were just outdated. That the office had improved. But! Be warned, this office is still highly inappropriate on many levels. 1. Walked into the office to fill out intake paperwork. It was busy so I was once again optimistic it would go well. 2. 10/10 don’t recommend. The doctor is very blunt, which I actually appreciate. However, the staff is infuriating & generally unorganized. They messed up multiple of my tests, making me have to go back a second time multiple times. For example, took full blood panels for the chromosomal test, didn’t label them correctly when they sent them off & I had to go back again. Same happened with urine tests, multiple times.
