Me and my family has been here 5 month. It's a nice neighborhood to live. It's very peaceful and quite. The neighbor are friendly aslo. The manager and the staff are sweet people.
We have lived at Swathmore Courts for four years. I love the size of the apartments and the price. I think that management has loosened up a little too much in the past year and it is sometimes apparent. I know that the office used to have people out in the community keeping an eye on things, and I don't think that happens anymore. It is still a great value and a safe place to live.
This is the worse place i have EVER lived. Problems since day 1. Light bill $200 plus monthly. My Air is always not working. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO......
I been living here at Swathmore Court for over ten years. This is a peaceful place to live and I love it.
