Very disappointed with the receptionist they never answer the phone. Is been two weeks & my medication hasn't been sent to the pharmacy. Last week they said they faxed & came to find out it was never sent.
Dr. G is so caring and professional. I never feel rushed and I feel she truly listens to me and wants me to have a voice in my treatment options. She is definitely worth the commute!
I don’t understand why they never answer the calls, it’s frustrating as hell. I cannot make my appointments in advance because my schedule changes. Ladies are nice in the office, I like Doctor Gonnalagadda, but this is my only complain, I don’t understand why it is so hard to reach them.
