Beth in the office was pleasant and very informative when i called with a mice issue in our home. Justin then came and evaluated the situation and fixed our problem right away! Do not hesitate to give them a call as their service and customer care is top notch!
Horrible experience that just never ends. I wanted to use a local company instead of a nationwide company and this was clearly the wrong choice. The SWAT Team came out for a specific pest issue (Fall 2017) and during the consultation I thought it would be beneficial to sign up for the annual plan. I went ahead and made the initial payment for the annual plan and then started the adventure. After the initial treatment, I couldn't get anyone to return my call for the life of me!!
