I have used SWAT Pest Control for a few years now, and my experience has been very positive. Managing as many rental units as I do, it is tremendously helpful to have a team that I can depend on to show up when they say they will, do what they say they will, effectively treat the issue at-hand, and manage to do it all with competitive pricing. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Great company. Had Joe out to my property to do preventative treatment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I could give him more business but he does such a good job I probably won't need him again. Definitely recommend SWAT to anyone whose got an issue or even as a preventative.
Failed to communicate that my apartment was not treated on the scheduled date. Even during business answers, no one would answer the phone. Finally, when someone did call me back, they claimed my unit was not prepared for the extermination citing items that were not on the provided prep sheet. Find any other exterminator, because it can't get worse than this.
