Called this company to get our Radon system at home check as started making noise. We showed a video while the machine was making noise and a tech came to our home. Their tech stated that everything was working well and suggested to check with the plumber as the sump pump was the likely cause. They charged 350 for this. We got the plumber and checked and everything was good. I called this company again and explained the situation.
