We are very satisfied we our service. We receive a phone call to schedule our quarterly spray plus our service person (Greg) is very thorough & very personable.
Great company with super friendly service. Customer support is top notch and the technicians have been amazing. I like that they give me many ways to communicate including text message which is convenient for me. They show up on time and have solved all of my pest control needs. I would recommend them to friends and family.
The gentleman who does our pest control service is so good! He is thoughtful and caring! Does a great Job!! I forgot his name but he was just here on January 31, 2019.
In June 2017 Swat was called to my daughters apartment thinking possible bed bugs. I was going to have to $1,200.00( she's a college student) if it was bed bugs, so I decided to take two of the bugs to Arrow for a second opinion. I was informed by Swat that it was bed bugs. Arrow told me it was bird mites. I told Swat my findings and to check again and guess what...it was bird mites. I didn't have to pay a penny because the apartment has to take care of bird mites. Please be careful and get a second opinion.

Swat Pest was contacted in regards to a tenant being bit at an apartment complex. Any time there is a potential threat of bed bugs Swat Pest recommends the use of a third party vendor to run a K-9 for an inspection of the property to find where the activity is in the home (this allows Swat Pest to focus our treatment to the infested area and keep the cost to a minimum). WONDERFUL!!! – Every employee there is a top notch professional. They have a wonderful office staff, the girls are always willing to help. I have never had a problem getting our technician to make extra time for me if it's required. I would recommend Swat Pest to everyone!
