From the very first phone call I knew we were in good hands. After a basement flood this team was on it. They were at our house every day during the dry out process testing moisture levels, moving fans, bringing more dehumidifiers. They worked closely with our insurance to ensure insurance had the proper documentation. Never fun to deal with a flooded basement but Ben and his team made the whole process much less painful. Swartz Restoration did a great job for us at Huffman, Kelley & Brock when our basement flooded. They were very prompt and responsive and kept us informed of each step of the process along the way. Would highly recommend them for any water cleanup job.

The Swartz Team was fast to act, very polite, professional, and most importantly caring during a difficult experience. Also if it weren’t for them smelling a dead mouse, we would have not found a propane leak in our house as soon as we did. We thank God for putting Ben in our house at the right time!
