I'm a retired accountant/business owner and have dealt with thousands of companies over my 40+ career and I would put these guys at the top of the list for the work they did for me over the last week. My house was flooded by a flooring contractor error and these guys went over and above to fix it. Professional! Amazing job! They told me they come into a tough situation and try to make things easier for the customer and that is exactly what they did. Not one complaint. Highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend anyone more than Swartz Restoration. Their team and leadership continued to go beyond my expectations at every turn. They were extremely in depth with everything they did, they communicated every step before it was done along with a thorough explanation as to why. Swartz was a great company to work with. They were extremely helpful when we had an our expansion tank bust a hole spraying water every where. They were extremely professional and was always great at communicating with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing water removal!

What an awesome business! From the time Rick showed up the first day to check our water damage to finishing the job, the whole team treated our home as if it was theirs. Every employee that entered our home was professional and kind! There is a definite difference with Swartz restoration team! Thank you for all your hard work!
