This is my first time writing a review ever - Dr. Swartz is a kind, caring and honest endodontist. His expertise, gentle mannerism, and thorough explanation comforted me during the quick, problem solving process. What a nice surprise to have found Dr. Swartz & staff and to have a good dental experience!
I never thought a root canal would be a pleasant experience but Dr. Swartz and his staff made it so.. I am hard of hearing and Dr. Swartz made sure I heard and understood what he was going to do.. I was numbed up and felt no pain.. I was told what to do after.. and when I came back for the second visit I was not disappointed. No pain.. Gentle courteous assistant and wonderful Endodontist .. I would highly recommend..
Dr. Swartz is an Endodontist that you can trust to know what he is doing from the get go. It took me several appointments with him to determine exactly which tooth was causing me pain. As unpleasant as a root canal can be, he was quick, yet thorough, and the procedure was pain free. He has years of experience & I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Swartz performed an excruciating horrible root canal on one of my molars that left me thousands of dollars in debt and requiring prescription painkillers and months of follow-up appointments with other dental and endodontist professionals (who were all wonderful). I would never recommend Dr. Swartz to anyone.
Missing protective cap!! – Dr. Martin Swartz unsuccessfully performed a root canal on tooth #14. I broke my tooth biting on a cinnamon roll!! It was an accident but it could have been prevented if Dr. Swartz had placed a protective tooth cap. Through several calls to dental offices and readings from the library, I have now realized that the procedure for a root canal varies across endodontist specialists.
