Lived here one year. HORRIBLE! Don't give money to these people. They won't let you even see the lease until you give a deposit and that deposit is non refundable even though the super Shannon says it is. He turned around and said it isnt. The tenants before me had 3 years without paying electricity. Shannon lied and said he fixed it and he didn't. Caused us to be a week without electricity. His wife called my fiance an idiot.
