I bought a green crystal bracelet for my wife and a pink crystal bracelet for my daughter at the North Bergen Mall in Jersey when we went to see wicked on Broadway. The green bracelet came off my wife’s wrist three times, once on the subway, and when I returned back to East Tennessee, the manager at this location was extremely helpful and replaced the bracelet because of a defect. Excellent customer service and a cheer attitude,
Came in the store looking for a gift, but was not sure yet what I was looking for. Rylie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me find the perfect gift and wrapped it so nicely. Rylie is a very devoted employee who cares greatly about her customers.
The girl with the long black hair was rude! She came across as the manager with an attitude.
They don't have any skills of dealing with their costumers. They hire people don't know how to authenticate their products. I got an old necklace for the store they couldn't even know if it is real or not at the end, I told the employee it has the Swarovski signature on the lock. I feel very frustrated!! I will never buy anything else from them.
