Came in the store looking for a gift, but was not sure yet what I was looking for. Rylie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me find the perfect gift and wrapped it so nicely. Rylie is a very devoted employee who cares greatly about her customers.
The girl with the long black hair was rude! She came across as the manager with an attitude.
They don't have any skills of dealing with their costumers. They hire people don't know how to authenticate their products. I got an old necklace for the store they couldn't even know if it is real or not at the end, I told the employee it has the Swarovski signature on the lock. I feel very frustrated!! I will never buy anything else from them.
Rylie was super helpful and very informative! 10/10 experience!
Great store, awesome and helpful staff. So much fun to buy. We bought even more than we planned to buy.😃😄 Unfortunately we don't live in the area, otherwise it would be my go to jewelry store.
