My friends and I walked into the store to check out some of the cool displays. Sure, we had no intention of buying anything, but the treatment we received was unnecessary. We were chastised by the employee and followed around. Mind you, we were three black people. No one I know is dumb enough to steal from a jewelry store, that’s not ethical behavior plus the consequences aren’t worth it. Amazing Service from Dan and Chad
I have been coming here for years. Recently, staff has been slow, rude, and incompetent. Taking 30+ minutes to help a single customer just check out, not being helpful in the slightest, and then using a discount I was saving on my SCS membership when I specifically asked them not to because I was saving it for a larger purchase. I have never been more disappointed in a Swarovski location. I recommend going to any other location if you can.
