I had the most amazing experience at Swarovski Twelve Oaks!!! I didn’t happen to get the sales associates name that helped me but he was BEYOND generous. Educated me on how to persevere my jewelry and maintain its beauty. I will forever be a Swarovski customer because of this!!!

I first came into the store in August because my Swarovski Minnie Mouse had broken (her hand came off), and I wasn’t sure whether it could be repaired. Irina was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She explained how the repair process worked and even told me what to look for to determine whether it was a clean break.
