Had every intention to get a gift for a 75th birthday gift for my mother who is a collector for decades. We found the staff extremely rude (a middle aged lady with a chip on her shoulder and another person dressed in costume on November 8th, who was very snotty when we asked a simple question as we looked for a recommendations. Terrible and poor customer service! Happily going to spend my money elsewhere. These places are better off hiring security guards rather than sales people who rather not be there!
