Had the BEST experience here this weekend - got a ring and a necklace but the ladies working in the store were amazing. 10/10 recommend if you're in the area!
WORST BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Found a marvelous necklace and matching earrings for my beautiful wife, and the best part was they were at a great sale price! Until we got to the payment, that is. Checked the receipt and they overcharged us $80 for the items. When questioned, they tried to claim the sales discounts quoted prior to purchase were "up to" that amount as if they had the right to make it whatever they wanted when charging us. They did offer to reduce the price on one item by $20, but firmly refuse... read more
