Don’t shop here. Walked in today 8/7 at 3:30pm was never greeted ..a white family walked in and they greeted them immediately and checked in with them. It is my birthday week and I was planning on treating myself. Not at this location!

had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience here on 7/17 with Jeny and Yvonne. extremely friendly and helpful. i never felt pushed into a sale and they were still attentive towards me even when the store had a big rush. Jeny helped me find a disney ring that i had been looking for for a long time and also the matching earrings for a phenomenal price. she also kept me well informed on the warranty which was super helpful. i'm not a local to florida (but i travel here frequently) but i think i'll only shop at this location for now ... read more
