I got a pair of earrings from a Swarovski in New York and loved them. I stopped into this store today to try and find a bracelet for me. The lady eyeballed me weird (I assume because I’m in yoga shorts and a shirt). She then stood behind me blocking my path to even look around or leave the store. The sales rep Michelle is very pushy and will lie to your face about not being able to include a gift with purchase when her manager literally said out loud in front of both of us to include it if I buy both pairs of earrings I was looking at. Everyone else seemed nice but I do not recommend Michelle

I’m in Swarovski a lot, and the staff is always awesome, usually fully blinged out, and genuinely helpful. I love the Millenia collection and home decor. Only wish: more higher-end statement pieces, more masculine options, and bigger ring sizes. I hate having to go to Chicago just to find the bigger pieces. I’d rather spend my husband’s money locally.
