I had a disappointing experience with Swarovski regarding a necklace purchase. The item broke after some time and was later sent in for repair. Unfortunately, it broke again shortly after being repaired. When I reached out to customer service for support, I was repeatedly redirected between online support and in-store service. The website: They will absolutely not accept online orders. Iv tried multiple ways to buy products online they will always reverse the charge. They wont accept debit or credit. No matter what iv tried to buy they'll charge it, reverse the charge and send an email saying its a mistake on my end

i drove over 15 miles in hopes of buying something from this specific location just for it to be closed early. they allegedly close at 9pm so i made the drive & arrived at 8:40pm. there were still well over 15 minutes left before closing time, so i don’t really understand why they locked the doors when their listed closing time was at 9…. the employee was still in there and he gave me an unwelcome glare after i knocked to ask if they were really closed. i wasted my gas for literally no reason…
