After a disappointing experience at the Eaton Centre location, I was admittedly skeptical walking into this Swarovski store but I was pleasantly surprised. The service here was excellent. Niloo assisted us during our visit, and she was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. We initially selected an item and then changed our minds, but she remained accommodating and made the entire process feel relaxed and pressure-free. I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received after placing a special order during an event at your store. During the event, the staff were friendly and helpful clearly motivated to make a sale. However, once the purchase was made, the level of service completely changed. I’ve been trying to follow up on the special order, but no one is taking responsibility. When I call customer service, I’m redirected back to the store. When I call the store, no one answers. Hi every one today it was my 10th anniversary of my wedding I came to beautiful Swarovski shop in bloor , and there was a beautiful , kind , energetic young woman helped me through my shopping her name was NILOO , I found her really friendly she really made my day and I really precisely enjoyed !!! I really wish her the best things happen to her!!!!

Ordered something online as a gift and picked it up at this store. I was instantly and efficiently helped by one of the staff . It is a big store located at the entrance of manulife centre building.
