Unfortunately, I didn’t get your name as I forgot to ask you, but I want to acknowledge how amazing, polite, and professional you are. Your excellent customer service truly stood out and you were really helpful as me and my brothers were lost didn’t know what to get. Keep up the great work! And take care of her!
I went in to find a birthday gift for my mom and the staff made it so easy. They were kind, patient, and helped me pick the perfect piece. The store has so many beautiful options. My mom was so happy with her gift!
I recently visited the Swarovski store at Oakville Place to purchase a watch for my mother’s 60th birthday, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience. The customer service was exceptional. the staff had such a friendly and helpful attitude, something that’s rare to find in stores these days. *DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS LOCATION* This is an independently owned store that has terrible customer service. The main lady there as soon as she knows you’re coming with a return her demeanour immediately changes. GO TO SQUARE ONE OR ERIN MILLS. Much better customer service without hassle or attitude. She refused my return that was purchased from her store with a receipt!
