I’ve been at this location several times humming & hawing about what to get. I must say Jenieshaa is extremely patient, kind & gives 100% while multi tasking with other customers when she’s on her own. She helped me with placing an online order as well as giving me ideas on gifts that I’ve purchased. For years, the Swarovski store at Markville was our go to spot to see their new pieces in person. We buy 2 to 3 items per year, so we’re not random walk ins. Last visit was a complete turn off. We were looking at the Rose Gold ONE Heart bracelet and asked about this model we saw online on Swarovski’s official website. The sales associate said it was a “cheap” model and that they don’t carry “that quality” models in store, only at outlets. She literally used “that quality.” That’s not how you speak to customers.
