Absolutely disrespectful customer service, by that Asian old lady! I m a big fan of this brand, and every Christmas or end of school year, I buy all the gifts for the teachers and little girls online. And sometimes due to budgets, I pick those nice ones from the outlet page. This year I realized I was late and mail in would work. 有一位说广东话的女销售，太让人不舒服了！一直说饰品快卖完了，push客人购买。如果客人说今天不买，还会反问为什么不买？难道大家进店看看不行吗？进店就一定要买吗？如果问有没有折扣，更是说这么好的饰品也不贵，为什么要等折扣？好吧！她在店里的时候我肯定不会再进去！总之，这家店让人很不舒服
Indian sales lady who works there seems so disinterested…
I had a pleasant experience returning a product. This is the only Swarovski store in the whole GTA that gave me a refund in cash, which I paid, unlike all others who offered me putting money on my debit card, including the store in the West Mall where I bought the item.
