I went in to ask for an extension piece for a necklace that was sold in stores a number of years ago, to ensure proper fit. The manager and team went above and beyond to find it for me across other Swarovski stores. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for your kindness and attention
Very disappointing experience at this Swarovski store today. We came in looking for a bracelet within a budget of around $100–$130, including any items that might be on sale. We looked around first and, when we couldn’t find anything, asked a staff member for help.
