Very disappointing experience at this Swarovski store today. We came in looking for a bracelet within a budget of around $100–$130, including any items that might be on sale. We looked around first and, when we couldn’t find anything, asked a staff member for help. During my recent visit, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed at all. When I asked about an item and mentioned it was on sale, the blonde staff member’s attitude immediately changed and she seemed unwilling to help because it was a outlet product. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. The staff consistently make shopping here feel unnecessarily uncomfortable, and they only seem genuinely accommodating when there is an opportunity to make a sale or when the interaction is on their terms.
Stay away from the brand. They use garbage metal that cause allergy
I had a wonderful experience at the Swarovski store when I went to pick up my online order. Meena provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She greeted me with a warm smile, was incredibly kind and helpful, and even took the time to beautifully wrap my gifts without me asking.
