I bought a necklace from this brand, but the packaging could have been better.
I wanted to get my watch resized, thinking it would be a simple request. To my disappointment, they told me they couldn’t do it. For a store that sells watches, you would expect them to at least offer basic services like resizing. Very unhelpful and a waste of time. Would not recommend if you’re looking for proper customer service.
Worst service EVER at Swarovski! I ordered a gift and sent my brother to pick it up, but they refused to give it saying “it’s our protocol, we only give it to the person who ordered.” First of all, nowhere on the website or order confirmation does it mention such a rule. If I had known, I would never have wasted my time! Because of their nonsense policy, I had to cancel everything last minute and run around looking for a gift.
