I was travelling out of town in Kitchener for an event and had to get some last minute graduation gifts for my nieces. I can't say enough about the incredible first class customer service experience I received from Stef. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts and it truly was a 5 star experience!
Had a great experience! Stef and Caidence were wonderful, great customer service! Helped me find what I needed and they were super nice.
If I could give no starts I would. I went in to look for a gift and was not greeted as there was a lady standing in the front, I proceeded to look around and still wasn't asked if I needed help, after being in the store for about 10 mins I asked the lady if she could give me a hand she looked at me and answer with "sure" with attitude.
