I went to pick up my order, and the lady behind the counter completely ignored me. As soon as she saw me, she suddenly asked another associate to help me instead. It felt like she didn't want to speak to me because she handed me off to an employee who shares my racial background. She then left the service counter entirely. Even if she was about to go on break or was off the clock, she shouldn't have been loitering around the cash register if she wasn't willing to help customers professionally.
Would give negative stars if I could. Went there yesterday because my mom had been looking for a ring and one of the girls working there was really nice and told us about the sales, but then she got busy so we look around and my mom says to me this is nice and the other girl working there goes "oh yeah so those are actually diamonds so they're a lot more expensive" in the snottiest and most condescending tone I've ever heard. I went in to ask for an extension piece for a necklace that was sold in stores a number of years ago, to ensure proper fit. The manager and team went above and beyond to find it for me across other Swarovski stores. I could be more pleased. Thank you for your kindness and attention
I recently inquired about a lost earring replacement and Laura Lai ( I might be saying the name wrong) understood how much it mattered to be to get a replacement and how special it was for my daughter, she arranged to get it delivered to the nearest store as well. I haven’t been to this store in person but my telephone experience was so good that I’m sure going in person would be even better. Thanks a lot for following up and helping me with the replacement Laura Lai.
