Very dissatisfied with this store and had a bad experience with the rude manager—black hair and glasses. I tried to return a ring I purchased two weeks ago and planned to buy another ring and a watch that were on sale. However, the manager refused to accept the return simply because she realized I wanted to purchase a different ring that was on sale. She was ridiculously rude to me as a customer. I was there to enquire about a very specific earring. it turns out its not available. i work at the same mall as the store. a Swarovski sales associate called Sherri (Sherry?) actually came to my store to find me later because she had found out that there were only 2 pairs of those earrings left in the whole country and she jotted down all the info for me. she is so so sweet. and when i lost it the other say she gave me another note too. so sweet of her. to go above and beyond for me.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I placed an order online and they made sure I got it quickly and processed it in less than an hour.
