I purchased a ring in December 2025, and it has started to turn pink. I realize it is an inexpensive ring, but I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would have been such poor quality. I spent a lot of money there that month- 2 pairs of earrings, 2 rings and one bracelet, however I will not be back.
Very dissatisfied with this store and had a bad experience with the rude manager—black hair and glasses. I tried to return a ring I purchased two weeks ago and planned to buy another ring and a watch that were on sale. However, the manager refused to accept the return simply because she realized I wanted to purchase a different ring that was on sale. She was ridiculously rude to me as a customer.
