I was there to enquire about a very specific earring. it turns out its not available. i work at the same mall as the store. a Swarovski sales associate called Sherri (Sherry?) actually came to my store to find me later because she had found out that there were only 2 pairs of those earrings left in the whole country and she jotted down all the info for me. she is so so sweet. and when i lost it the other say she gave me another note too. so sweet of her. to go above and beyond for me.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I placed an order online and they made sure I got it quickly and processed it in less than an hour.

My Swarovski tennis bracelet that was gifted to me by my husband for our anniversary completely broke, I can’t even wear it anymore. I called to see what can be done about it, the lady I spoke too was no help what so ever. It wasn’t a cheap bracelet and the fact that they can’t do anything is unbelievable.
