SCAM ARTISTS!!! I got my girlfriend a ring and they gave me the whole speech about how good their stuff is and how it will NOT tarnish. So I gave the ring to her and not even a week later she shows me it tarnished. so I take it to them and so them the ring receipt in hand, lady grabs the manager and he looks at the ring "No our rings don't do that so this must be a ring from somewhere else." Came in to find a necklace I had seen on social media and Evelyn helped me right away. She knew exactly what I was talking about and was so so nice!! I’ll be recommending everyone to come here and to talk to her. ☺️☺️
Enjoyed my shopping experience up until check out; they scanned the item and it showed up as one price and then they were trying to charge me another price afterwards saying that the sale changed right then. So I asked if they could price match what I was told and how it scanned up as, and she did not want to give me the price which was over double what it was. So they did not get the sale and frankly, I probably won't shop at that store. Plenty of others out there with jewelry as beautiful who will treat customers a little ... read more
