I bought 2 rings for my wife 7 months ago, one of the rings changed color, I was told that it was 2 years guaranteed when buying, I went to the stores in Tulsa Oklahoma store manager said nothing without a white barcode box, when I bought the rings they gave us pink small ring boxes in store , they didn't help me with repair,waste of money and time
I bought my sister a bracelet and it didn’t fit her went to go return it and I can’t even return it just because I didn’t have a white box I’m so pissed off spent 250 dollars and can’t even exchange for the right size WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I WASNT EVEN GIVEN THE WHITE BOX TO BEGIN WITH WHICH IS BOGUS ! EXTREMELY PISSED OFF ! if I could give it a negative rating best believe I would !
Sent me damaged products, refused to replace them or refund me. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service. Will no longer be buying products from here.
