Vincent was excellent!! He helped us pick out a bracelet for my boyfriends mothers birthday. Very kind and knowledgeable, showing us different pieces.
This store goes above and beyond in the customer service department! I needed a little extra help buying a graduation gift for my daughter and Vincent and Heather couldn’t have been more helpful. I bought the Dumbo figurine and it was even more beautiful in person! I wish I could give a 10 star review. They even included a handwritten note with my order saying what a pleasure it was to help me. Absolutely fantastic!
My boyfriend had got me the pink tennis bracelet that cost almost 300 dollars. It fell off three times in the first week of having it, the fourth time i didn’t notice and lost it. There products are poorly made. A 300 dollar bracelet should not just fall off with one light movement i am very disappointed. Not to mention the man that was working was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend who went separate times. Heather was very helpful! She went out of her way to call the corporate customer service number and help me get everything squared away with my return that was out of the 14 day return period. Service 10/10!
My daughter had a horrible experience at this store. She is a 23 year old and she was told by the store employee that she should go get her mom to shop in this store so that her mom could tell her what she could touch. She started collecting expensive pieces as a child and has an extensive collection. She was there to purchase an expensive piece to add to her collection, but instead told them she could not believe their rudeness and left the store.
