Abigail is a wonderful manager. Incredibly accommodating, and strives to go the extra mile to make customers comfortable and satisfied. She is managing a wonderful team, who helped me on not one but two occasions when I ran into an issue with a bracelet. Not only were they able to do a complementary replacement for me, they even recognized me when coming back into the store. Great customer service all around. I will absolutely come back to this location for future purchases!
When on sale some collection always gets excluded but they allay have good customer service

Went to the store in the afternoon of December 26, 2024 to make an exchange. I have been shopping at this store for years. Staff was just awful. No one acknowledged us coming in and I spent close to 40mins looking at merchandise without anyone approaching me. I tried to approach staff a couple of times and they were dismissive. Sabrina is an absolute amazing woman and I was so honored to meet her and have her as my helper while shopping at this location. Not only did she help me find a beautiful necklace that fit my needs, she sold me on 4 other items that I went home and later purchased online! This location is 45 minutes away from me but I will continue to come specifically to this location just because of how amazing Sabrina is! She’s so great and I thank you Swarovski for introducing me to such a wonderful soul! 💝
