I love this store. They always have a lot of wonderful jewelry pieces along with other crystal items. They have such a wonderful selection. I recently fell in love with the new summer collection. I wanted to get the bangle bracelet once I saw everything. The sales associate was so kind and helping me get it all together. She told me it was the last one so I’m really glad that I was able to purchase it. It is absolutely beautiful and unmatched quality.
I just left the store. There were two ladies in there. Never asked if they could help us. It was hilarious. And my partner has several Swarovski crystal rings on his hand. Very poor customer service at this location.

Abigail is a wonderful manager. Incredibly accommodating, and strives to go the extra mile to make customers comfortable and satisfied. She is managing a wonderful team, who helped me on not one but two occasions when I ran into an issue with a bracelet. Not only were they able to do a complementary replacement for me, they even recognized me when coming back into the store. Great customer service all around. I will absolutely come back to this location for future purchases!
When on sale some collection always gets excluded but they allay have good customer service
