Recently I purchased a beautiful watch for my husband and a gorgeous ring for myself during the silent sale. Ms. Christine helped me decide and we had lots of fun together! She went above and beyond, replaced my engagement ring that we purchased in SC just a little over a year before. She was just going to clean it but decided to replace it for me. Christine made the experience so great, we are excited to be coming back again for the Black Friday sale!

I’ve been shopping at Swarovski for many years. The service at different locations, however, is vastly different. The employees at the Vernon Hills location has renewed my love for Crystal. I shopped for many years at the Woodfield store, but quickly saw a loss of interest in helping customers within the couple years. The staff there is very pushy and will only seem interested in helping you if you are looking to spend hundreds of dollars. Christen the assistant manager was amazing my wife got a ring and she didn’t like it cause it looked weird on her hand christen went above and beyond she sent me pictures of both rings and she made the exchange process so smooth and seamless she even did curbside twice one for the original purchase and one for the exchange thank you again you made my Aniversary gift truly special and wifey could be happier thank you so much again that’s true customer service you don’t see good people like christen these days thanks again
