Dr Byri is kind knowledgeable however constantly overbooked and running late. I can understand the need to reschedule due to high priority patients in hospital, but office staff does NOT call and communicate to upcoming appointments that Dr is late or may be unavailable and offer to reschedule. I showed up and was told Dr isn't even in the office! No one bothered to notify me. Great Dr but terrible office management.
Each time I am given a phone apointment, she calls me between 3-4 hours late. Last time I called 3 times to complain after waiting 3 long hours and still waited another hour! Today I specified I cannot wait that long but has now been 2 hours since my scheduled appointment and no call yet. Was told she is with a patient, what do they think I am...a telemarketer? We have things to do too!!!! So much for professionals, , as if an apology fixes it all. They need to fix it.,
