Very fast bartenders, organized, and great venue set up. Also, i lost my phone in the beginning of April and they got it back to me (I live in the Bay Area, California). After giving it a couple of days, I called the office again, only to be told that there was no lost and found. When I reached out to guest relations, the same rude person answered the phone. In Miami, getting simple information is always a runaround. For comparison, I once lost my phone at Club Space, and security found it within minutes. During Ultra Music Festival, there were designated lost and found tables with staff available to assist. As a Miami native, I find this kind of poor customer service all too common.
