Finally, a company that stands behind their warranty. Several months ago I had some cracks along the main frame structure of my now 2 year old SL-160. There was some back and fourth as to whether this was due to manufacturing defects or a bad install but I was assured both by SwapLoader and the up-fitter that they would make it right. BUYER BEWARE, Swaploader does NOT stand by their warranty. I have major structural failures on my 2 year old SL-160 and Swaploader has denied the claim and wants $14k for the repairs. I am told by the upfitter that Swaploader is saying it’s their bad install and the upfitter is saying it’s Swaploaders fault and they’re not paying for it. I am now left holding the bag on a $40k mistake of purchasing a product from Swaploader. I have 5 hooklifts from Swaploader and this is the first time I’ve ever filed a claim. Never again
We had a missed weld on a body lock part on our hook Lift SL 220 through Marco at cassone we were able to get the part replaced at no cost to us. We will be buying another swap loader in the future. Excellent customer service thank you.
