Dealership will say anything to "sell" you a vehicle. The ghost you when you call for updates. Made an agreement to purchase a pre-owned Jeep on Sunday, called Wedneaday to.check in and never received a return call. Run, don't walk, AWAY!!!! Saw a deal online. Did a deal with salesman Ryan, negotiated the price in writing, and agreed to the sales price in writing. He promised the car was pulled off the floor pending sale. Then BOOM they sold the car to someone else. Falsely claimed we "refused" to sign paperwork that was never sent. Should have seen red flag when they advertised a $699 doc fee included in the price, and their first offer used the same price, plus the $699 doc fee. i was supposed to purchase a truck from them tomorrow and i accepted the buyers order, last minute they would not sell me the truck unless i financed it with them, i already had financing! and had agreed to everything. the financing has made them greedy and i lost a truck i really wanted. i highly recommend not using this company as they are liars and excessively greedy. I have contacted Chrysler corp and the US govt and hope the dealer gets what they deserve!
PURCHASED MY 2022 DODGE RAM FROM THE DECATUR DEALERSHIP. MATT WAS AWESOME. FAST FOWARD TO 2026. I CURRENTLY HAVE 28600 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. HAVE HAD ZERO ISSUES UP UNITL MAY 2026. I would not recommend this dealership! We took our Jeep in 3 weeks ago and had little to no communication. We would call no answer. When we did get someone, no new update. Took almost 2 weeks to order a part that takes another 5 days to arrive. That should have been ordered same week. Again, didn't tell us. All under warranty. PLEASE READ!!! Worst customer service experience of my life!!! Lifetime Ram owner. Brand-new 2025 Ram. Complete engine failure at 6,600 miles. Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. My experience at Premiere CDJR of Troy was absolutely awful. They sold me a 2023 Ram 1500 around October 2025, and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. The truck has been in their shop 8 to 10 times for the exact same issue, and they still haven’t fixed it. Well all you need to know is see their Yelp ratings. I had people locally say don't do business with them but just thought that was some sour apples.
